I'm eating the most awesome sandwich ever: peanut butter, honey, and bananas on some really dense sweet wheat bread (my favorite). So good. And i have mini pretzels on the side.

Speaking of peanut butter and honey, i got the Mad Max dvd from the library and found a new love for the movie. Mad Max really is a modern Kurosawa samurai tale. Now i'm going to get the other two Mad Max movies from the library.

Speaking of Kurosawa, i'm now watching "Ikiru". The library has only one more Kurosawa movie left that i haven't yet seen.

Speaking of emotional Japanese movies, i just got to see "Tony Takitani", which is based on a story by one of my favorite authors, Haruki Murakami. It felt just like a Murakami story. Really great movie. See it if you can.

And speaking of see it if you can, i started drawing a picture randomly, with no particular result in mind, and while it looked weird at first, it's turning out really cool. Seems my best stuff comes when i don't have and idea for it before i start. Maybe i'll get it scanned when i finish.
