fifthdream:D Something i ordered from the library a few months ago finally came in today. It's a 3-CD set of Neil Gaiman reading his book "Coraline", unabridged, 3+ hours. :D I can't wait to start listening to it. Good timing, too; i just finished reading my last book. :)
Ooh, i bet it will have some good soundbites in it, and i can make a Neil Gaiman event sound theme for my computer. ;D
Also, the library website has the new Neil Sandman book "Endless Nights" listed, but it's not in yet. As soon as it is, it's mine. :D

and he read some excerpts from it..and surprisingly, he doesn't read very well..like..he pauses in odd places...and is very...disjointed in his spoken word reading..
i was disappointed..but he talked to me after the signing...actually sat and read one of my stories..and answered questions..great guy.
my meeting with tori amos was alot better though :) *TOOT TOOT!*
