Cream Soda Candy Cane

I did some stuff again today.

I ran around, got my sister some late Christmas presents, got me a big bag of mixed hard candy to replenish my bowl (Yay for lots of strawberry candies [now in foil wrappers, which is different; they used to be in regular plastic wrappers], butter toffees, butterscotches, and fruit disks, and yay for not many licorice and blue mint candies. I like blue mint candies, but i never seem to eat them.), some soda, and a silver Crest Spinbrush Pro.

I saw a mini bonsai tree kit at Border's that has a little dish, the dirt, a seed, little scissors, and a book, all for only $5.95. Since i've always wanted a bonsai tree, and i love having little projects like this (model kits, sea-monkeys, bonsai trees... anything where i feel like i'm creating something, building something, taking care of something, making progress with something, is all very pleasing to me), i figured i'd treat myself, since i am technically using my Christmas money.

Erica and i also went for coffee at IHOP. I've missed that. She got hashbrowns, and i got cornbread cakes, in addition to the coffee. It was nice... very good for me to get out of the house.

Got home and realized "A Beautiful Mind" was about to come on, and since i'd kind of wanted to see it, i figured i may as well watch it. It was a very very good movie. I liked it a lot. In a little bit is a Gundam movie, "Char's Counter Attack". I suppose i'll watch that, too, and maybe draw some more. I've started a more abstract-type drawing. Maybe i will enjoy it if it's something that doesn't have structure, and therefore has no "right" or "wrong" to it, so i won't feel that it has to be "perfect" when it's done.

I haven't been too hungry the last couple of days. I ate a little Chinese earlier, and it filled me up really quickly. Same with the cornbread cakes. I'm really thirsty, though. But my stomach was pretty upset this morning, and i've had a bit of a headache, so maybe i'm a little under the weather. Regardless, some kettle corn sounds kind of good for later. Maybe i'll get ambitious and make some. And i want to test out my new toothbrush soon.

The mouse is acting funny, double clicking on its own sometimes, when i just try to single click. If it starts to annoy me, i'll reboot sometime soon.
