I just saw a commercial.

NO. I *heard* a commercial on tv. I had just turned it on ("The Craft", actually, because my sister told me it was on, and was laughing at how cheesy it is), and i HEAR this commercial jump out at me... because... it features

"PICTURES OF YOU" BY THE CURE!

It's for HP, digital photography or something. It just feels.... weird. It obviously wasn't the REAL song.. some sound-alike copy, but jeez.... That's just scary odd.

Bah, next they'll be playing Rasputina in a commercial for roller skates.

Well, it's kinda cool that at least The Cure has been deemed worthy by some ad exec somewhere to appeal to the masses in such a way as to make them want to buy something. And it's also nice to hear a song i *like* in a commercial, instead of that DAMN LED ZEPPELIN SONG in those DAMN CADILLAC COMMERCIALS every five minutes for YEARS. SO SICK OF IT.

Funny, i had to look up what brand of car the commercial that song was in was for on Google. Shows how well their advertising works. GOOD JOB, GUYS! ;D
